- Invoice data entry into accounting software with a high level of accuracy
- Assign invoices to corresponding approver
- Assist with check/payment runs
- Provide customer service to vendors including statement reconciliations
- Research and resolve issues with unpaid invoices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
