Our North Austin medical office is in need of an additional Patient Service Representative. Our team is made up of individuals that work together to make sure each patient receives proper care and attention. Patient Service Representatives are responsible for administrative tasks such as:

Patient check-out

Determining patient costs and collecting payments

Preparing and maintaining patient charts

Balancing daily receipts

Performing data entry

We prefer individuals with previous administrative experience, especially in a medical environment. Proficiency with computers and EMR software are preferred as well.
