Excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a physician owned multi-specialty medical group in the northern Los Angeles areaDetails:
Full-time position
Monday to Friday schedule
Candidate should be comfortable providing all general and surgical ENT services, and maintain a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction
ENT hospital and after hours on-call volume is shared with the otolaryngology division, which is comprised of 3 physicians
This position will be based in one specialty office and provide some coverage at a second facility
Provision for the establishment of a cosmetic practice is not expected
Compensation/Benefits may include:
Compensation is between $420k - $530k depending on experience and training
Productivity bonuses
Quality and performance incentives
CME allowance and other benefits
