Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience

Required to apply your depth and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with other stockholders on daily base to stay on common goals

Deep knowledge of design, development, coding, testing

Understanding of architecture and design across all system

Passionate about building an innovative culture

Ability to work in large, collaborative teams

Proficiency in Java programming language

Understanding of software skills as business analyst, development, maintenance, and software improvement

Interact with client Tech lead to understand technology direction/changes, standards and best practices

Coordinate with multiple teams

Resolve technical issues for designers and developers during project lifecycle

Experience working in an Agile Team construct

Mentoring junior resources

Excellent verbal and written communication.
