    We are supporting the hiring of a Partnerships Coordinator on a contract basis covering for a maternity leave.

    This is an excellent opportunity to support the Partnerships & Experience Team with a reputable automobile manufacturer based in Orange County, CA

    Main Responsibilities

    · Create planning and recap Powerpoint presentations to present to leadership

    · Maintain status and planning documents

    · Vehicle Logistics: Heavy coordination and support to the vehicle fleet manager and agency to stay on top of vehicle allocations, swap, and disposals

    · Heavy communication via phone and email with external parties on vehicle coordination and delivery

    · Occasional support in creating, managing and tracking budgets

    · Other administrative duties as assigned

    · Creating Reports via Excel

    · PowerPoint Presentations

    Required Skills and Experience

    · Strong level of understanding in Excel and PowerPoint preferred

    · Project Management experience is preferred

    · Vehicle logistics or related logistics preferred

    · Experience within the automotive industry is preferred

    · Understanding of Sports and/or partnership industry would be plus.

    · Problem solving
