- The Specialty Retail team is an important enterprise sales team overseeing some of the company's largest advertisers, who are vital to the long-term growth and success of Cardlytics.
- The Specialty Retail team consists of Retail, DTC, Subscriptions, Telco, and Autos clients.
- The Sr. Client Success Manager is an integral part of the Specialty Retail sales team.
- The Sr. CSM is responsible for owning and growing a book of existing business composed of several large, Specialty Retail and DTC clients.
- They will also need to partner with internal stakeholders such as Analytics, Operations, and Product to deliver effectively and efficiently on business plans and performance solutions.
- Experience within the Retail or DTC space
- Complementary Calm app subscriptions to support employee mental health and wellbeing
