    Description

    Join our growing team at Citadel at Home as a Certified Home Health aide (CHHA) in Ocean County. Our company provides exceptional in-home healthcare services to patients of all ages, helping them to live independently and in the comfort of their own homes. As a CHHA, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of your patients, helping them with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. You'll work with a team of caring professionals dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our patients.

    We are seeking local CHHA's in New Jersey:

    Toms River

    Lakewood

    Brick

    Jackson

    Whiting.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing and grooming.

    Help patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.

    Prepare meals and monitor patients' dietary needs.

    Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication administration

    Document daily activities and communicate with healthcare professionals as needed

    Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

    Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
