Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Execute replenishment based on sell-through and available backstock to ensure optimal inventory levels aligned with brand standards.
• Support the store operations by assisting with backstock, fitting rooms, and cashwrap duties.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and awareness of promotions for efficient replenishment and stock management.

Commitment to Efficiency

• Ensure processing, replenishment, and promotions are carried out in accordance with brand guidelines, meeting or exceeding processing standards.
• Maintain organized backstock and comply with company policies and procedures, including vigilance against potential theft.
• Report any concerns regarding theft to the management team promptly.

Requirements
