- Plan, direct, and coordinate subsurface contamination and remediation environmental projects
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality control
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule
- Mentor junior staff and support business development
- Coordinate extensively with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Toxic Substances Control, California Regional Water Quality Control Board, local CUPAs, and other regional agencies.
- Perform environmental due diligence and compliance assessments at industrial and commercial facilities, and implement follow-up corrective actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Implement Phase I & II site assessments, including field work and sampling activities.
- Perform feasibility testing and prepare remedial action plans.
- Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
- Full time - In person position.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 5-15 years of environmental consulting experience
- Field experience conducting phase I & II site assessments
- Experience with implementing subsurface contamination and remediation projects.
- Human health risk assessment experience a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Physical ability for fieldwork and travel
