The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for purchasing products and tracking inventory and monitoring stock levels of the Company.

In addition, the Purchasing Specialist is responsible for understanding market trends and general sales so the Company can operate efficiently.

Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
Create purchase orders and support all business needs and divisions.
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities)
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
Analyze data and customer projections.
2-4 years of experience as a Purchasing Specialist or similar role
~ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, (V-Lookups)
