_Diamond Spring Dental _ is hiring a _Dental Hygienist_ for our office located in Denville, NJ This is a part-time position working every other Saturday (7:30-2:30).

$50-$54 per hr

Diamond Springs Dental offers comprehensive dental care with cutting-edge technologies like CBCT and Itero, plus we have more new technology coming in the near future.

Our office environment is very pleasant as we all work well as a team, and everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

Previous RDH experience is always a plus but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The hygienist we hire must have an active Hygiene license for the state of New Jersey. New hygiene grads must be applying for license soon.

Responsibilities:

Through the delivery of periodontal therapies and other hygiene-related services, Dental Hygienists are committed to improving the oral health of patients.

Candidates must be enthusiastic about their dental work, and willing to provide the highest level of care at all times

Under limited supervision, the Dental Hygienist provides oral hygiene dental treatment and oral hygiene care and education in accordance with guidelines approved, issued, and regulated by the state in which they work.

Patient screening, medical history and dental charting.
Application of fluoride and protective sealants. Removal of calculus, stain and plaque from above and below the gum line.
Provides nutritional counseling, and self-care programs to prevent disease.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Must possess an active Dental Hygiene license issued by the state of New Jersey
Strong verbal and written communication skills
