Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Duration: 5 months contract

Pay rate: $16.00 to $20.01/hr. on w2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acts as a liaison between customer and business.
• Delivers professional, first-line interface for customer correspondence including providing conflict resolution.
• Provides order management support to business customers and support metrics.

Qualifications:

• PeopleSoft 8.0 Supply chain (Order entry, Billing, Shipping) or equivalent system, experience working with customers and freight forwarders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• 1+ years of experience in the customer service industry with exemplary Microsoft Excel skills.
