    Supply Chain, Senior ManagerAbout the OpportunityOur client, a global engine and engine components manufacturer, is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Chain in Corinth, Mississippi.

    In this leadership role, you will manage a team of 40 employees responsible for the planning and execution of supply chain for their global remanufacturing operations.

    You will oversee 4 facilities in Northern Mississippi, as well as facilities in China, Brazil and Indonesia.
    Responsibilities Maintain communications with operations, procurement, logistics, and distribution. Create integrated processes to streamline supply chains. Act as liaison between sales, engineering, and facilities management on production schedules and expected deliverables. Manage and direct the supply chain team, including training, hiring, and coaching. Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks to guide supply chain planning and forecasting; monitoring planned vs. actual performance and present results to senior management. Required Education, Licenses and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, business, accounting, engineering or a related field required
    • Experience managing Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP), Inventory Management, and Forecasting+ Master Scheduling functions within a manufacturing operation isrequired .
    • Minimum of 5 years of direct leadership experience in manufacturing supply chain role isrequired .
    • ASCM CSCP, CPIM or equivalent certification is preferred.
    • Lean & 6 Sigma knowledge and experience is preferred.
    • Factory/manufacturing industry experience is requiredWhat We Offer

    Competitive Compensation:
    $170,000 - $240,000 annual salary

    Work Environment:
    On- Site (No Remote)

    Less than 10%
