- Design, execute and analyze complex experimental studies that will advance the development of innovative molecular diagnostics assays and will ultimately benefit patients
- Collaborate with others and engage in problem solving/ troubleshooting efforts to contribute to the creation of innovative solutions
- Support the development of sustainable lab processes by participating in initiatives such as 5S, My Green Lab and the International Freezer Challenge.
- Follow good laboratory practices, to drive scientific excellence by ensuring the integrity and safety of work which is essential for a successful execution of our projects.
- Embrace the importance of teamwork, share your knowledge, and actively engage with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Contribute to a collaborative and harmonious work environment that promotes innovative solutions and impactful research outcomes.
- B.S. in molecular biology, biochemistry, or similar life science field, Master's a plus
- 3+ years of professional experience, including direct experience with nucleic acid technology relating to PCR, qPCR, and/or digital PCR.
- Experience with statistical analysis programs (i.e. JMP, MiniTab, R, etc.)
- Experience with Nucleic Acid extraction, NGS Library preparation, and/or liquid handlers a plus
- Skilled at writing clear plans, reports and SOPs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
