- Tasks include: Opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing closing documents, and managing the full escrow transaction process
- Communicates requirements and information to clients
- Interprets various agreements related to closings and prepares necessary transaction documents
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Capability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude consistently
- Familiarity with company and/or client operating systems
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in an escrow-related role
