    00DescriptionPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities:To provide skincare consultations and product information to patients seeking information on the products we sell and what would be best for their skin type and skincare needs.
    Maintain storefront and product displays.

    Review of patient schedule for upcoming cosmetic procedures to contact patient (looking forward 2-3 days)OSHA complianceAttend staff meeting and huddles.

    Expert-level knowledge of all cosmetic products and procedures provided by our clinic.
    Provides education to staff on products and cosmetic services.
    Directly responsible for achieving sales goals for products.
    Order supplies/products when inventory items are low.
    Work with marketing dept to come up with strategic promotions.
    Monitor website for skincare inquiries.
    Reconcile Alle points, run reports and contact patients who would benefit from current promotions or exclusive offers.

    Meet with skincare and procedure reps for education on new products*To conform to all HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality.

    To ensure patient proceeds through the check-out process ensuring patients have properly paid for all amounts that day and/or collect deposits and payments.

    Return phone calls in a timely and pleasant manner.

    Treat peers, supervisors, subordinates, patients and vendors with fairness, courtesy and professionalism and contribute to the overall positive work environment of the clinic.

    Qualifications High school diploma or GEDKnowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures; dermatology or cosmetic medical office experience preferred.

    Ability to stand for long periods of time.

    Ability to interact in a consistently professional and courteous manner with co-workers, patients, and physicians in the workplaceAbility to properly utilize office equipment, including multi-line phones, computers, copy, fax, and other basic office equipment.

    Excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to handle and fill out paperwork.
    Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, patient care driven clinical environment.

    Ability to communicate clearly in person and on the phone and establish/maintain cooperative relationships with patients and their families, physicians, staff and other customers.

    Ability to read, understand and follow oral and/or written instructions in English.
