Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Human Resource Generalist/Manager to work in the Butler, IN area.

This is a direct hire position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and proceduresManage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actionsOversee recruitment and hiring processesConduct new employee orientations and onboarding, including exit interviewsEnsure compliance with all federal and state employment lawsFMLA administration for office and production employees on-siteMaintain accurate employee records and filesProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issuesDevelop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledgeFoster a positive and inclusive workplace cultureOther duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldSHRM
