    About the Role


    This position is for a Graphic Design Intern. This person will assist the Graphic Designers with design-related projects. Will develop overall layout and production design for various applications while supporting the established corporate brand and standard guidelines.

    Your Responsibilities



    • Create layouts and production ready files for web, print advertising, facility graphics, event graphics, PowerPoint presentations and other items as required

    o Use digital illustration, photo-editing software, and layout software to create designs

    o Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations that help deliver a desired message

    o Design layouts and select colors, images, and typefaces to use

    o Incorporate changes recommended by team and departments into final designs

    o Review designs for errors before printing or publishing

    o Upload and add metadata for finalized files to Digital Asset Management System

    • Collaborate with various departments to develop creative concepts that meet predetermined objectives and strategies of the initiative

    • Miscellaneous projects, helping the Marketing team when needed for events, taking photos, etc.

    Who we are looking for



    • Related experience and portfolio of work (PDF or link) required.

    Your preferred qualifications



    • High School Diploma

    • Currently Attending a College or University- Sophomore, Junior or Senior/Graduate Level

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

    • Proficient computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

    • Desired skills (not required): Basic photography, video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, etc.)


    • Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.

    • Must be able to carry video equipment up to 40-50 pounds.
