    Description

    Madden's is an award-winning resort, located on more than 1,000 acres, that anticipates the wishes and desires of vacationers and offers them fantastic golf, upscale dining, lakeside spa, tennis, activity programs for children, biking, shopping, and art gallery with painting classes and almost every kind of on-the-water recreation possible in Minnesota, including fishing. Madden's is currently seeking seasonal Baristas. This position will assist customers with purchases at Madden Brother's Market. This position is looking for candidates who can work through the end of October.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs opening and closing procedures for the market.
  • Processes sales transactions utilizing POS system.
  • Ensures store items are stocked regularly.
  • Sells and serves baked goods and miscellaneous food items to guests.
  • Follow recipes for both hot & cold beverages.
  • Participates in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
  • Assists customers with questions and concerns and locating items.
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Skills and Abilities:

  • Organized, great communication, decisive & flexible.
  • Excellent listening, speaking, and writing
  • Great decision-making skills.
  • Must be able to work alongside other people and independently.
  • Time management.
  • Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Barista or equivalent experience preferred.
