This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.
This job requires directing the workflow and motivating warehouse associates. It also involves monitoring work processes for productivity improvement suggestions and implementing changes as directed or needed. The supervisor must ensure compliance with policies safety rules DEA regulations coach employees to develop their skills maintain accurate records manage overtime perform related duties assigned.
The ideal candidate should have experience in fields such as business administration accountancy sales marketing computer sciences or similar vocations obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program equivalent combination education experience good communication decision making leadership analytical interpersonal organizational mathematical knowledge computers teamwork physical inventory willingness extended hours weekend on-call rotation emergency service customers,
