By targeting the upper body, lower body, and core simultaneously, the brand's workout program delivers a vibrant, endorphin-boosting routine within a secure, motivating, and inclusive setting.

    About the Position:

    The role of a Row House Coach involves guiding groups of up to 25 participants through the Row House experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead workout sessions for groups of up to 25 clients
    • Inspire and energize clients during rowing sessions
    • Grow class attendance and maintain current clientele
    • Instruct proper rowing technique to ensure a safe and positive experience for clients
    • Participate in staff meetings and necessary training sessions such as Row House University or other mandated educational programs
    • Address member inquiries when necessary
    • Support sales associates and General Manager with studio introductions and sales activities as required
    • Prepare rowing machines and explain class structure to potential and new clients
    • Maintain an active presence on social media to expand class participation
    Requirements:
    • Passion for boutique fitness, particularly in rowing
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
    • Create a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere for all individuals
    • Outstanding communication skills coupled with energy and empathy
    • Enjoy connecting with people and aiding them in achieving their objectives
    • Passionate about having daily enjoyment and ensuring every customer is thrilled to use the erg
    • Demonstrate charisma and excel in group settings
    • Hold a fitness certification
    • Prior experience in indoor rowing or group fitness is advantageous
    Salary Range: $28-40 per hour
