    Main Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Act as the primary point of contact in the project team for all quality assurance (QA) requirements from the offer phase to release, ensuring grade 1 quality standards.
    2. Plan and execute quality-related activities in alignment with project management objectives.
    3. Conduct supplier audits, process inspections, and define quality targets with suppliers.
    4. Establish and manage supplier agreements to ensure quality standards are met.
    5. Create work and test instructions during the project phase.
    6. Engage in quality planning discussions with customers.
    7. Handle and resolve complaints from customers and suppliers.
    8. Manage initial samples from suppliers to customers.
    9. Prepare tolerance samples as required.
    10. Develop inspection plans for prototype, pilot production, series, and laboratory stages.
    11. Procure original samples from customers for analysis and testing.
    12. Conduct certification and capability studies to validate quality processes.
    13. Facilitate internal process acceptance and provide support to suppliers.
    14. Investigate and resolve quality problems by identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
    15. Utilize the International Material Data System (IMDS) for material compliance and reporting.
    16. Plan test equipment requirements, including design, performance specifications, and approvals.
    17. Support and qualify subsidiaries in relation to serial projects.
    18. Exercise the authority to stop production when necessary to ensure quality standards are upheld.

    Qualifications: Professional:

    • High School diploma/GED required. A university degree in Quality or Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technician, or related field is preferred.
    • Experience in the automotive industry is essential.
    • Experience with automotive supplier audits is highly desirable.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field, including leadership experience.
