    Description

    Tower Technician Position at Tower Services, Inc.

    Tower Services, Inc. is on the lookout for dedicated Tower Technicians to join their team in Englewood, Colorado.

    Responsibilities:

    • Performing all aspects of tower construction, modification, and maintenance.
    • Assisting in the installation and troubleshooting for various wireless carriers.
    • Identifying necessary materials and resources for project completion.
    • Executing high-quality work efficiently and promptly.
    • Constructing various tower types such as self-support and monopoles.
    • Installing and aligning different antenna types including Microwave.
    • Collaborating with subcontractors like crane operators, electricians, and concrete workers.
    • Conducting coaxial cable terminations and utilizing testing equipment.
    • Possessing a technical background, computer skills, and experience with electronic test equipment is a bonus.

    Requirements:

    • Adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Willingness to travel within the state.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet company objectives.
    • Capability to climb and work at elevated heights.
    • Maintaining and safeguarding company tools and property.
    • Emphasis on detail and safety.
    • Preferred minimum of 2 years' experience in telecommunications/wireless industry.
    • Certification in Climbing/Fall Protection and OSHA Safety required.
    • Valid Driver's License (CDL advantageous), must pass drug tests and background checks.
