    Job Summary:


    As a Director of Business Development and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization's growth strategies and community presence.

    Operating at the intersection of leadership and hands-on business development and marketing expertise, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional results and contribute significantly to our growth.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Lead and inspire a team of business development professionals, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
    Develop and implement comprehensive business development and marketing strategies to drive organizational growth.
    Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
    Maintain an active and competitive website platform, along with multiple social media platforms.

    Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key business development metrics and areas for improvement, development, or growth.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of business development and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
    Utilize market research and data analytics to adapt business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
    Oversee the development of compelling business proposals and presentations.
    Develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance referrals, strengthen recruitment, and reach greater populations.
    Community event oversight, planning, participation, and promotion.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Proven experience as a successful Director of Business Development and Marketing or in a related leadership role.
    Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a business development and marketing team to achieve and exceed targets.
    Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    Results-oriented with a track record of driving business growth.
    Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing, Master's degree preferred.
    Experience will count in lieu of education.
    Experience with Home Health, Hospice and/or Healthcare highly preferred.
