- Accurate and timely processing of customer orders
- Management of customer complaints/requests
- Process returns, including issuance of return labels
- Process back orders and assist with shipping for other special programs and promotions
- Handle cash and credit card payments
- Assist with outgoing mailings and various projects in collaboration with other departments as needed
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment required
- Demonstrated success in a previous customer service role
- Experience with Crystal Reports and Great Plains software desired
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-direct, multi-task and prioritize
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft outlook and OneNote
- Polished and professional communication skills, including strong phone and email etiquette
- Competent, accurate keyboarding skills with comfort using 10 key
- High school diploma required
