    TotalMed Case Management Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Wheeling, West Virginia.

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse-Home Health to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the needs of patients with complex medical conditions.

    Requirements

    • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of West Virginia.

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
