    About the Role:

    • Research, design, develop, test, certify, deploy, and enhance advanced products and services
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mission goals are met
    • Review engineering designs for efficiency and quality
    • Apply manufacturing technologies and best practices throughout the product lifecycle

    Our Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Aviation, and Security (IAS) division is a key player in ISR and aviation, specializing in high-performance systems integration. We are dedicated to exceeding customer expectations in terms of performance, cost, and schedule.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 6 years of experience
    • Proficiency in Computer Aided Engineering tools
    • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
    • Practical knowledge of engineering principles

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
    • Background in Aerospace and Defense Industry
    • Knowledge of industry-standard design principles
    • Experience with new product introduction and production transition
    • Exposure to PLM, MES, and MRP systems
