    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to multitask effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
    • Coordinate administrative tasks, such as managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
    • Oversee and organize office filing systems and databases.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
    • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
    • Manage office budgets, including tracking expenses and approving invoices.
    • Collaborate with HR for employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
    • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management.
    • Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure the safety and confidentiality of office resources.
    • Support various departments by providing administrative assistance and coordinating projects as needed.
    • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficient in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite).
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budget management.
    • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
