- Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or similar field. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

OVERVIEW: The successful candidate is responsible for exercising a variety of strategies to recruit a high volume of talented and qualified substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff to work with ESS clients, including Atkinson, Ben Hill, Bacon, Brantley, Charlton, Jeff Davis, Long, Pierce, Vidalia, Ware, and Wayne counties
