Border Patrol Agent

A long-term federal law enforcement career awaits you with the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP). As a BPA, you'll be part of an elite team that protects America's borders and its citizens.

The USBP is hiring entry-level BPAs in various sectors across the country. You may be assigned to locations such as Presidio, Van Horn, Sanderson, or Ajo. A fully trained BPA can receive up to 25% additional pay based on location.

Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration laws
Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers

You qualify for this position if you possess one year of general work experience or have a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement.
