    Qualifications

    We are looking for a paralegal with 2-5 years of experience in Domestic Relations (Family) Law. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, a true team player, and have a passion for professional growth, exceptional client service, and achieving success.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct legal research and provide accurate findings
    • Manage case files and maintain organized records
    • Schedule hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, depositions, client meetings, deadlines, and other necessary events
    • Prepare and draft legal documents, including Exhibits and Discovery Requests
    • Perform witness interviews and gather relevant information
    • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and experts
    • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations
    • Collaborate with firm members to improve and innovate processes

    Benefits

    We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$70,000 annually, plus bonus, as well as paid time off, 401k matching, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and approved CLE reimbursement. Some remote work flexibility is also available.
