    For over 20 years, this architectural and interior design firm has been delivering forward-thinking integrated design solutions.

    With offices throughout West Coast and New Jersey, this firm has designed creative offices for clients including Disney, Sony, Dreamworks, and HBO.

    Currently, they are seeking a Project Director to lead corporate interiors and tenant improvement in their San Francisco office.

    As a Project Director, you'll harness your exceptional interpersonal skills and over a decade of interior design expertise to consistently deliver outstanding designs within specified timelines and budgets.

    Your proven track record encompasses the successful design of all phases in small to mid-size projects, showcasing robust technical knowledge, a deep understanding of products, and proficiency in navigating project phasing, budgets, and seamless delivery.

    Possess established relationships with local real estate brokers and firms engaged in Bay Area lease transactions.

    Deploy resources effectively to ensure smooth design processes, serving as the primary liaison between the team and clients for comprehensive project completion.

    Manage the design of small to mid-size projects and collaborate with technical teams and Managing Director.

    Have a thorough understanding of project-related MEP and structural engineering, vendor contracts, and coordination of required scope of work.

    Excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    Active involvement in the community and established market relationships.
    Drive business through excellent customer service and quality control.
    Exhibit strong management and organizational skills.

    Depending on experience and possible concurrent assignment to a Project Management role, may directly supervise up to 4 employees in the department.

    If so, carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
    Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or five to eight years related experience and/or training; Degree in Architecture (or related field).
    ~ Excellent administrative, organizational and time management skills.
    ~ Knowledge of CAD and Revit 2010 is preferred.
    ~ Knowledge of federal, state and local building administrative codes relating to building projects.
