    Job Description:

    We're seeking a skilled Construction Casualty Underwriter to handle complex new and renewal accounts across Auto, GL, Umbrella, and Worker's Compensation. As a member of our Underwriting Team, you'll apply and hone your underwriting and marketing skills while building relationships with our Preferred Distribution Partners in St Louis or Overland Park, KS.

    • Serve as a customer industry advocate to improve their risk and offer tailored insurance solutions.
    • Use data-driven insights to drive informed decisions at point of sale.
    • Market facing and production within the growing Construction division.
    • Administer and monitor underwriting rules, insurance laws, and regulations.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5+ years of Underwriting or Market Facing experience.
    • Bachelor's Degree and technical knowledge of Commercial Casualty Underwriting.
    • Established broker relationships in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
