We are seeking a highly organized resourceful and proactive Office Coordinator to support our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office maintenance cleaning services and repairs.
  • Ensure conference rooms are tidy stocked and equipped.
  • Manage inventory order supplies snacks beverages coordinate travel arrangements including complex itineraries assist HR with interviews candidate greetings onboarding greet visitors answer phones manage mail provide admin support liaise with facility cleaning catering office supply vendors.
