- Collaborate with senior faculty to develop innovative curriculum in nature-based systems.
- Manage approvals for course and degree programs.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather input on workforce needs.
- Coordinate and support graduate students in education programs.
- Assist in the recruitment of new students and serve as faculty for essential courses.
- Terminal degree in an applicable discipline or exceptional accomplishments with a master's degree.
- Experience in managing educational programs, ideally in science or engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative setting and lead cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in nature-based systems is preferred.
- Supervisory experience of at least 3 years.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Brian Bledsoe, a distinguished professor at the College of Engineering, to spearhead the development of education initiatives within the field of Resilient Infrastructure Systems. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing new curriculum, degree programs, and certificate courses while overseeing graduate students participating in specialized education programs.
