This position will run the on-site employee store operations on the new HPE campus in Houston, TX and will be a liaison for the Brand Addition custom order team with HPE.

    ****Overview:****

    Be the on campus face and experience lead for Brand Addition.

    Management of the HPE store on a day to day basis with 2 FTEs.

    Be a team player proving best in class service while directing team members and store operations in accordance with Brand Additions and HPEs philosophies and procedures.

    Assist HPE employees with custom order requests as needed with tools provided and/or by liaising with Brand Additions custom order team.

    ****Primary Responsibilities and Requirements:****

    ?Operate with a high level of social perceptiveness and listening skills.

    Acknowledge and welcome every customer that comes into the store.

    Maintain a clean and tidy store.

    Ensure stock is replenished, well presented and merchandised to company guidelines and to the highest of standards.

    Maintain store signage and pricing, make sure all is in accordance with company policy.

    Assist in checking in, sorting and putting away deliveries correctly.

    Effectively assist with all types of inquiries from customers. This will involve identifying customer needs and providing a professional and efficient service.

    Train on Brand Additions custom order system and tools to be able to assist with special order requests as needed.

    Be on time and ready to work when your shift is starting.

    Be flexible in regard to work hours, from time to time you will be asked to work outside the specified opening times of the store (i.e. evenings, mornings) and potentially at pop ups on and off campus.

    Work alongside Brand Addition office teams towards achieving all sales targets and help control the costs of the store.

    Show initiative, flair and creativity, ability to work without being supervised and directed. Must have the ability to multi-task.

    Demonstrate a positive, dynamic, and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the business.

    A strong communicator with the ability to establish a rapport with customers and the rest of the team, always friendly and open.

    ****Qualifications****

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail industry, with a massive appetite to learn and progress further.

    A previously held supervisors role is a benefit.

    Promotional Products Industry experience a plus.

    Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team oriented environment where the customer is at the center of our focus and decisions.

    Positive attitude, high energy and team oriented.

    Exceptional communication skills.

    Organizational and project management skills.

    Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the job.

    Ability to learn and work in several ERP systems at the same time.
