With a commitment to excellence and innovation, our client serves a global customer base from multiple manufacturing facilities located in Baraboo, WI.As the Business Development Manager for our client, you will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and President, collaborating with a team of professionals to drive growth in the Pipe market.

This role offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements to accommodate travel requirements.


What You will be doing:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence, particularly in the Pipe market.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and key players, while also exploring new market segments.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and aligning them with our client's capabilities.
Negotiate and finalize business agreements to ensure sustained revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast, plan, and meet customer requirements.
Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness.

The skillsets or experience required to qualify:
Bachelor's degree in business or technical field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in the plastic processing environment.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel extensively (20-40%) for customer visits and industry engagements.
Strong communication and analytical skills, with a keen ability to identify new business opportunities.
Demonstrated success in engaging with senior management across diverse organizations and cultures.
