    The Manager will oversee the implementation of new Global planning processes, including Financial Planning, Merchandise Financial Planning, Demand Planning and Inventory Planning.

    Liaise with stakeholders to define the scope, timeline and resources required to transition teams to new processes.

    Define clear roles and responsibilities of the participating team, and establishes appropriate process governance protocols.

    Ensures all reporting, dashboards and deliverables for the VP – Global Supply Planning, and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) are timely and accurate.

    Directly reports to the Director, Process and Data Analytics, Integrated Business Planning.

    Job Description

    Run the organizational Integrated Business Planning process: Ensure the cadence and quality of the process is secured including publishing information, securing engagement of all stakeholders are engaged, ensuring decisions are made and execution plans articulated with owners and completion dates.

    Follow up and hold appropriate personnel accountable.
    Liaise with stakeholders to define the scope, timeline, resources required and risk management plans
    Define clear roles and responsibilities of the participating teams
    Document and support clear handoffs to relevant business leaders/teams at end of each milestone.
    Track and report Global Planning KPIs
    Identifies additional opportunities for improvement
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for Success
    Minimum of four years of experience with four years in production and capacity planning/materials replenishment/demand planning
    Bachelor's degree with an MBA or advance degree preferred but not a requirement
    Experience in footwear/apparel industry preferred but not a requirement
    Strong Background in Planning Systems and transactional ERPs e.g. SAP
    Knowledge and experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), MRP and ERP systems inventory control, materials required planning, demand planning, and advanced supply chain planning and analytics
    Competencies Needed

    Strong communication skills, written and verbal
    Critical thinking and problem solving, trouble shooting
    Ability to work in high pressure situations
    Ability to set and meet deadlines
    Reporting and data visualization skills
    Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
    Ability to work cross functionally and develop strong working relationships.
    Cross cultural sensitivity and awareness as the incumbent will deal with global teams.

    Working Conditions
    Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
