- Conduct data analysis on accounts receivable reports; identify payer and coding trends that need attention and assist in establishing benchmarks.
- Complete daily audit between Electronic Medical Record System and Practice Management System to ensure all visits/encounters are recognized.
- Identify, investigate and anyalize circumstances of unpaid or partially paid claims (or trends) in accounts receivable; identify how to resolve conflicts and expidite payment; communicate and collaborate with Revenue Cycle Managers and billing team with recommendations.
- Run and review standard practice management reports on a regular cadence (KPI, DSO and AR Aging); build custom reports to dig deeper into unpaid claims
- Provide month end reporting package and analysis of AR efforts for VP of Revenue Cycle and leadership team.
- Conduct audits of accounts with suspected data entry errors to ensure proper coding, charge entry and payment posting.
- 4-year college degree or comparable work experience
- At least 2 years experience in healthcare industry
- At least 2 years experience in directly reporting in Healthcare Biling systems (Nextgen a plus)
- Detail oriented, problem solver/analytical, flexible, and self-motivated
- Proficiency with Microsoft (Outlook, Office Word, and Excel)
- Experience with Medical billing company and/or physician billing
- Independent, resourceful, and curious
- Advanced-level skills in Excel required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail
- Experience using and/or building custom reports (and visualizing data)

Summary/Overview
Healing Partners is a rapidly growing wound care management company based in the Mid-Atlantic region currently hiring a Revenue Cycle Analyst. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Cycle, the Revenue Cycle Analyst will play a crucial role within the RCM team by analyzing and reporting revenue for all Healing Partners entities. Assisting billing operations by identifying trends, areas of improvement and implementing strategies to optimize revenue cycles.
