- Execute routine aspects of projects involving fundamental engineering principles
- Work on diverse projects like traffic operations analysis, traffic signal design, corridor planning studies, and transportation safety studies
- Support Project Managers in project design and development
- Assist Service Line Manager in mentoring Engineering Interns
- Produce engineering studies, documents, and reports
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 5 – 10+ years of experience in traffic engineering and/or transportation planning
- Alabama PE License mandatory
- Certifications like PTOE, PTP, and RSP considered advantageous
- Proficient in traffic engineering and transportation planning
- Skilled in tools like Synchro, VISSIM, SIDRA, HCS, and Microstation
- Familiarity with CUBE Voyager and TransCAD advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Dependable, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, meeting deadlines with high-quality output
