    Job Opportunity

    A Business Development Representative with BrandStar Local will identify and approach local businesses to participate in regional television shows. These shows feature diverse topics and offer branding opportunities for participating businesses.

    This opportunity includes a base pay, commission-based earnings, quarterly and annual bonuses, a hybrid work environment after training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

    Commissions are uncapped.

    The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contact decision makers at local businesses to qualify potential show participants.
    • Share approved content ideas and gauge interest in participating.
    • Follow up with local businesses and provide marketing materials.
    • Work with Senior Producers to onboard new show participants.
    • Follow up on warm inquiries from marketing campaigns.

    Requirements:

    • Professionally communicate with business owners, executives, and marketing professionals.
    • Strong phone presence and ability to connect with others via phone.
    • Prior experience in business-to-business sales is preferred.
    • Prior TV or radio ad sales experience is a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, and phone dialer systems.
