Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
Leads the planning, organization and control of all customer service/sales functions including order entry, customer problem-solving, team cultural development and customer interactions at all levels
Manages the development, implementation and continuous improvement of effective productivity measurement systems and objectives for measurable aspects of customer service
Manages the development, implementation and continuous improvement of customer service training

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
10 years of customer service management experience in a corporate environment
Experience with ACD systems
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to resolve problems successfully; willingness to "go the extra mile" for the customer
Self-starting, dependable, accepts ownership, drives own goals/performance
Flexible in scheduling and available for overtime as needed
