• Experience with active directory,

DNS , and


DHCP

• Experience imaging and deploying laptops
• Troubleshooting network connectivity in

LAN

WAN
environments

• Providing desktop/laptop

hardware support

• Setup and installation of computers for New Hire On-Boarding's and Off-Boarding's
• Supporting remote workers and troubleshooting

VPN
and remote technology issues

• Knowledge of

Bitlocker

encryption,

antivirus , and

malware / spyware removal software
