Job summary
This position serves as a first line assistant supervisor responsible for preparation production serving of food items for Cross Village Restaurants Will assist with training students full-time holding team members accountable act lead certain assignments team members Other duties include but not limited to- May determine work priorities assign work to food service workers students.
- Provides guidance training in food preparation serving techniques safe operation equipment proper sanitation.
- Plans cooking preparation schedules assure timetables met Plan modifies recipes production amounts Ensures optimal quality throughout preparation service Prepares food items individual following portion control standards Determines quantities prepares estimates time labor materials assigned tasks Oversees maintenance inventory consumption other records Operates variety manual automatic kitchen equipment ovens grills mixers slicers etc Handles operational readiness safety equipment supplies Adheres university Health Department quality standards Advises concerning quantity quality food supplies Performs related duties assigned
