Our client is building the future of Web3 access management. Their platform empowers businesses to securely manage cryptocurrency and digital assets for employees.

They are looking for a hands-on Head of Engineering, with experience in both technical leadership and people management.


You will:
Work directly with the CEO and help shape the future of the company.
Engage with clients to iterate and maintain a world class user experience.
Be in the trenches writing code alongside your fellow Engineers.
Apply best practices and ensure the team consistently deliver results.
Own the tech vision. Balance reliability, speed, and security for short & long term wins.


Requirements:
7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with proven technical leadership.
Experience building technologies in the blockchain/crypto space.
Strong problem-solving skills with a successful track record of delivering complex projects from concept to launch.
Proficiency with Languages and Frameworks such as TypeScript, React, GraphQL.
Experience with methodologies and practices for ensuring code quality and robustness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear technical documentation and participating in technical discussions.
Passion for building user-centric products with a deep understanding of customer needs.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.


Compensation:
$250k+ and significant equity
