Busy Los Angeles Labor & Employment law firm is currently seeking a Referral Coordinator for immediate hire. This position is responsible for coordination with and management of all referral partners. This position is full time. Candidate will handle a large volume of referrals and be responsible for a large volume of follow ups. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. A successful candidate will be able to work hard, maintain a positive attitude, and not take constructive criticism personally. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the firm's success while working with a talented team of attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinating the referring of cases to other law firms.
· Following up with referring attorneys on case status.
· Understanding the urgency of time frames and working diligently.
· Understanding of the litigation flow for proper monitoring of cases.
· Establishing and maintaining relationships with referral partners
· Responsible for the documentation and implementation relating to all outgoing and incoming referrals.
· Tracking referral and lead sources, and follow payment schedules.
Qualifications:
· Personable, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
· Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
· Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems, such as recordkeeping and filing.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
· High level of professionalism and a strong commitment to client service and maintaining client confidentiality.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related degree from an accredited university. Experience working in a customer-centric environment. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
