    What youll be doing:

    • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Personalization, Merchandising, Marketing products & UX to optimize customer web behavior.
    • Translate business opportunities & hypothesis from stakeholders into test designs.
    • Analyze test results and ensure that necessary actions are taken to improve site KPIs and identify any follow-up test.
    • Discover new opportunities for experience optimization by investigating customer behavior.
    • Ensure testing and personalization campaigns are set up properly to deliver planned experiences and provide accurate data collection.
    • Be the subject matter expert on A/B testing & Personalization, providing consultative support to various stakeholders.
    • Utilize strong analytic skills, business acumen and attention to detail to provide data analysis to assist in solving complex business problems.
    • Communicate insights and suggest improvements based on data and observed trends in order to advance reporting capabilities.

    Qualifications:

    Whats needed - Basic Qualifications

    • 2+ years of A/B testing and analytics experience.
    • Over two years of demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst.
    • 2+ years' experience in SQL, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Proficient in Adobe Analytics.

    Whats needed - Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelors or masters Degree in a related field.
    • Experience with Python, R.
    • Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
    • Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
