- Conduct thorough assessments of speech and language skills
- Create personalized treatment plans and execute them effectively
- Deliver therapy sessions both oneonone and in group settings
- Foster collaboration with educators and families
- Continuously monitor and adjust strategies based on progress
- Maintain clear and open communication with parents/guardians
- Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Possess CCC or CFY certifications in the State of Illinois
- Demonstrate previous experience working with schoolaged children
- Exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
