The primary needs are for Financial Planning & Advice.
Financial Planning
Gather information, create, and update Financial Plans.
Review Financial Plans with clients, providing stress tested scenarios that bring clarity to their financial lives.
Provide ongoing internal reviews of Financial Plans, working with team members and Clients to ensure that they are up to date and relevant to the clients' needs.
Bring clarity to clients' pressing financial dilemmas.Financial Advice
Work with a caseload of clients that come to know and like you and trust your financial advice.
Contact clients, centers of influence, vendors, and prospects to discuss current or prospective client needs.
Support other advisors with the ongoing retention of existing clients, identify and deliver for changing advice needs,
Perform ongoing fact-finding to uncover Planning, Investing, or other opportunities on behalf of the clients.
Deliver remarkable service supporting the generation of referrals from existing clients,
Conduct research on investment topics that may include the economy, financial markets, individual securities, mutual funds, annuities, third-party money managers and alternative investments
Review accounts with Clients, including their investments, returns, allocations, risk tolerance, and financial concerns.
Return calls, gather additional information and troubleshoot.
Work with Admin staff to open investment accounts, transfer assets as needed, and ensure Beneficiaries are up to date.
Ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients and accounts.
Work with centers of influence to coordinate service on behalf of clients.
Work with Custodian to resolve Action Items.
"Close the service loop" by logging tasks, tracking through to completion, and confirming completion.
Work with Clients, Estate Attorneys, and team members to help settle Estates.
There for clients in their most intense time of need.
Actively listen and anticipate underlying Client and Staff needs
Provide excellent verbal and written communication.
Annuities & 401k's
Work with Advisors, Clients, and Annuity providers to analyze, present, and report on the status of current or prospective Annuity solutions.
Work with small number of 401k clients to ensure participant education, plan design, and advice are on track.Job Qualifications
Education:
College Degree.
Experience:
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred, +2 years of financial industry experience. Must have experience professionally handling confidential information.
Desire to provide comprehensive, continuous, and intensely loyal fiduciary service for long term client relationships.
Series 65 or 66 Securities license.
Full Time 5 days per week.
Willing to complete a background and credit check.
Willing to work from the Napa, California office.
Experience with MoneyGuidePro, Orion, RedTail, Schwab, and iRebal preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.'
