    Global Fund Finance Open-Ended Funds BPP - Associate

    Job Description:

    Responsible for day to day activities related to the fund accounting and reporting of open-ended and closed-ended core real estate international funds administered both externally and internallyManage day to day activities of offshore teamCoordinate with third party fund administratorReview quarterly NAV packagesReview quarterly and annual financial statementsCalculate management fees, capital calls, distributions, waterfall allocations, time-weighted returns and IRRsPrepare and review expense allocations and paymentsCoordinate with external auditors for year-end audit processCoordinate wire paymentsLP onboarding and investor requestsReview fund governing documentsAssist in building processes and workflows to improve operational efficiencyParticipate in system migration and implementationAssist with ad-hoc projectsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required4+ Years of public accounting and fund accounting experienceCPA preferredOpen-ended alternative investment fund experience a plusInvestran experience a plusAdvanced excel skills requiredSelf-starter with excellent time management skillsThe duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position.

    Expected annual base salary range:
    $105,000 - $140,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.


    Additional compensation:
    Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
